Job description

Join a personal injury law firm as a Bilingual Client Services Representative in Birmingham, AL. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their case journey.

Birmingham, AL, work from office
$25/hour, non-negotiable, non-commission
Full-time position (40 hrs a week)
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) preferred

The work

Contact clients promptly after live transfers from intake department
Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance
Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation
Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks
