Job description

You will provide support to clients regarding data inquiries and ensure they maximize their use of Addepar's platform. This role requires in-office work three days a week in Pune.

2+ years of experience in the financial investment/advisory industry
Skills: SQL, MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian

The work

Address client inquiries related to portfolio data feeds
Manage requests from internal Data teams requiring client outreach
Investigate client-reported bugs and data processing issues
Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Architects on data escalations
