Job description

Join Razorpay as a Solutions Consultant to design and implement payment solutions for enterprises in Malaysia and Singapore. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of our services.

Details

Permanent full-time role based in Bangsar South, Malaysia
2-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in technical consulting or presales
Fluency in Malay and strong proficiency in Mandarin preferred

The work

Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients
Lead the technical onboarding of clients and ensure integration of payment solutions
Manage project timelines and serve as the primary technical contact for clients
Evaluate products against industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
