You will lead a team in managing and modernizing the network and systems infrastructure in Chicago. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering responsibilities.

Chicago, hybrid (in-office 3 days a week)
$160,000–$175,000 annually, plus 15% annual bonus
5+ years of experience in network engineering or systems administration
2+ years in a lead or management role

The work

Lead and support a team of network and systems engineers
Architect and maintain on-premises network infrastructure
Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and cloud expansion
Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis
