Chicago, hybrid position with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday
$140,000–$160,000 annual salary with a 15% bonus target
6+ years of experience in creative, marketing, or design with at least 2 years in leadership

The work

Evolve and protect the visual identity and design standards across all corporate assets
Support multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Direct the creation of digital experiences, including web animations and videos
Lead and inspire an internal team of designers and copywriters
