$34.25-$38.70 per hour ($71,240-$80,496 annualized)
3+ years of client service experience
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce

The work

Oversee the customer journey for assigned accounts to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
Proactively identify and address customer issues to minimize churn
Respond to customer requests and guide clients through product features
Identify upselling opportunities within the assigned portfolio
