You will assist clients in connecting their financial accounts to Addepar. This role involves managing the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

The work

Manage the data feed onboarding process for new clients
Communicate the onboarding workflow to clients via calls and emails
Provide guidance on account eligibility and authorization requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences
