1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing risk
Post-secondary degree in mathematics, business, or analytical disciplines

The work

Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports/events
Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, and market movement
Execute liability-aware decisions including price moves and market suspension
Monitor and react to sharp or arbitrage activity
