Job description

Join Alma's Consumer Risk team in Lille to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions. Analyze flagged transactions and make informed decisions to protect both merchants and consumers.

Details

Lille, on-site with 2 days remote work per week
Occasional weekend shifts (approximately twice per quarter)
Experience in fraud operations, risk management, compliance, or fintech is a plus
Strong written communication skills in French and English

The work

Review identity scoring results and investigate alerts triggered by fraud rules
Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious cases
Detect fraudulent documents as part of KYC / KYB verification
Produce reports to identify emerging fraud trends
