Job description

You will lead the design and implementation of AI-agent capabilities for customer service at NTT DATA. This role requires strong software engineering skills and experience with Generative AI applications.

Details

LATAM, 100% remote
$25-30 per hour
10+ years of relevant technical experience
2+ years of experience with Amazon Bedrock

The work

Design and implement Generative AI and AI-agent solutions for customer service scenarios
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and business applications
Evaluate and select appropriate foundation models for different use cases
Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms for enterprise use
