Job description

Join Obsidian Security as a Technical Account Manager in Sydney, where you'll enhance customer experience with our SaaS security platform. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they effectively utilize our solutions and provide valuable feedback to our teams.

Details

Sydney, Australia, on-site for 2-3 days per week
Experience in cybersecurity, especially Cloud and SaaS security
Skills in Python and experience with SaaS applications

The work

Deliver technical assistance and manage customer inquiries
Drive complex scenarios and collaborate with engineering and product teams
Ensure successful onboarding and integration of customers onto the platform
Create and deliver Account Health checks and Quarterly Business Reviews
