$115,000–$145,000 base salary plus variable compensation and equity

Hands-on experience with cryogenic systems or precision laboratory hardware

The work

Build relationships across the New Mexico quantum ecosystem
Drive utilization of the RQL fleet and convert users into recurring customers
Support installation and operation of cryogenic systems at customer sites
Train customer teams on system operation and troubleshooting
