Join Keeper Security as a bilingual Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and product adoption. This remote role requires collaboration with clients to tailor solutions and provide ongoing technical support.

2+ years of experience in SaaS support and/or implementation
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs, and MS Office

The work

Oversee delivery of Keeper’s software for new and existing customers
Tailor solutions to meet customer needs
Provide continuous technical support and troubleshoot issues
Maintain accurate records of customer configurations and communications
