You will be the subject-matter expert for U.S. residential mortgage underwriting policies at JazzX AI in Bengaluru. Your role involves translating complex guidelines into actionable rules and validating AI-generated underwriting decisions.

Bengaluru, work from office
10+ years of hands-on U.S. residential mortgage underwriting experience
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines
Experience with Encompass or other major mortgage LOS platforms

The work

Serve as the Policy Owner / Mortgage Underwriting SME for the JazzX Mortgage Application
Review and validate AI-generated underwriting decisions against mortgage guidelines
Translate complex mortgage underwriting policies into clear, actionable business rules
Create and maintain underwriting playbooks and policy documentation
