$55,000–$75,000 salary based on experience and license
Experience with substance use disorder populations required

The work

Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care
Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions
Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
