You will provide telehealth counseling for individuals with substance use disorders. This role requires an active Arizona license and offers remote work flexibility.

Remote work
$55,000 - $70,000 salary
Active Arizona license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT, or LAAC)
Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms

Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness
Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions
Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals
Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
