You will coordinate the candidate experience for recruitment at Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge, MA. This role involves managing the interview process and ensuring a seamless journey for candidates.

Experience in scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones
Experience with online calendar/meeting applications (G-Suite preferred)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse is a plus

Own the candidate experience architecture and ensure timely communication
Host onsite or virtual interview days to create a welcoming environment
Champion data integrity within the ATS and manage job setups
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline recruitment processes
