You will support clients with inquiries related to Addepar's Alternatives Data Management solution. This role involves resolving issues and ensuring clients maximize their use of the platform.

Pune, India, work from office
1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
Working schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, US business days
Legal authorization to work in India required, no visa sponsorship available

The work

Identify, respond to, and resolve issues raised by ADM clients
Work with complex alternative investment data sets to resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with internal ADM teams to drive resolution of client issues
Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams
