You will lead the OT/IoT Security Services team, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves managing financials, mentoring staff, and refining operational processes.

Details

  • Remote, anywhere in the U.S.
  • 7-10 years of experience with a BS/BA or 5-12 years with an MS/MA
  • 5+ years leading OT/IoT security delivery teams
  • CISSP, GICSP, or GRID certification preferred

  • Lead and grow the OT team while fostering retention and engagement
  • Build a mentorship program for new OT engineers
  • Standardize practice operations with templates and playbooks
  • Support regional sales leaders on OT opportunities and scoping requests
