- Base compensation range: EUR 109,000 - EUR 137,000
- Experience in observability or managing fleets of collectors preferred

- Manage and develop a team of backend and frontend engineers
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support customer observability journeys
- Ensure seamless integration of Fleet Management and Kubernetes Helm Chart into Grafana Cloud products
- Foster a psychologically safe environment for team learning and innovation
