You will lead and manage a team of Solution Engineers while collaborating closely with sales leadership. This role is fully remote and focuses on scaling the team and improving processes.

$280,000 - $357,000 OTE compensation
At least 2 years of experience in 2nd line SE leadership
Experience scaling teams to over 30+ employees
