Join Haize Labs as a backend and infrastructure engineer to build scalable systems for AI reliability. You'll work closely with research teams and customers to enhance AI application testing and deployment.

$200,000 – $300,000 annual salary + equity + benefits
7+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years leading large initiatives

The work

Design and build scalable infrastructure for LLM calls
Collaborate with research to deploy new AI models
Interface with customers to improve user workflows
Mentor team members and set technical direction
