You will support the planning and execution of live experiences in New York. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in production operations and vendor management.

New York, on-site
$1,250 - $1,500 per week for freelance; $68,500 - $75,000 for full-time
1–3 years of experience in experiential, events, hospitality, or production coordination
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools

The work

Support producers in developing timelines, budgets, and production documents
Assist in pre-production meetings, site walkthroughs, and planning sessions
Help manage logistics across activations, including run-of-show documents
Track invoices, contracts, and production documentation
