New York, in-office 3 days/week
$1,750 - $2,000 / week for freelance; $82,000 - $95,000 for full-time
3–6 years of experience in experiential or live event production
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools

The work

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of experiential activations
Translate briefs into production plans and timelines
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and production partners
Build and manage project budgets in partnership with leadership
