You will manage payroll and people operations in Bangalore, ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role requires attention to detail and a focus on automating processes.

Details

Bangalore, work from office
4 to 7 years of experience in payroll and/or people operations
Hands-on with Keka or similar HRMS
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL is a plus

The work

Audit and clean up employee master data in Keka
Run monthly payroll in Keka from start to finish
Ensure compliance with Indian labour law and draft related policies
Document SOPs for recurring processes and automate manual work
