You will lead the testing strategy for silicon in edge computing applications. This role focuses on ensuring high-performance and reliable chip manufacturing for remote environments.

Details

  • Bangalore, work from office
  • 12+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Mastery of industry-standard tools like Synopsys TestMAX, Siemens/Mentor Tessent, or Cadence Modus

The work

  • Define and implement the end-to-end DFT architecture for complex SoCs
  • Develop strategies for In-System Test (IST) and power-on self-test (POST)
  • Oversee scan insertion and Memory/Logic BIST
  • Lead the bring-up and debug phase on Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
