Job description

You will lead the testing strategy for data center chips at EnCharge AI, focusing on high-performance and power-efficient designs. This remote role requires extensive experience in DFT and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • $200,000 to $250,000 USD/CAN per year
  • 12+ years in DFT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

The work

  • Define and implement the end-to-end DFT architecture for complex SoCs
  • Develop strategies for In-System Test (IST) and power-on self-test (POST)
  • Oversee scan insertion, ATPG, and Memory/Logic BIST
  • Lead the bring-up and debug phase on Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
