You will create and manage content that helps Sales and Customer Success teams effectively communicate with clients. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the content is practical and utilized in real conversations.

The work

Partner with Sales and CS to identify content needs
Produce content in multiple formats based on stakeholder requirements
Own the content lifecycle from creation to retirement
Track content usage and gather feedback for improvements
