Job description
Join our Talent Acquisition team as an intern to gain hands-on experience in recruiting. You'll learn how to identify and source candidates while supporting our business operations in Reston, Virginia.
Details
- Reston, Virginia, in-office at least two days a week
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree
- US citizenship required for public trust clearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
The work
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates for various positions
- Review resumes and develop pre-screening questions
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Attend corporate meetings to gain exposure to business operations
