You will manage the Co-Op & Internship Program while supporting recruitment operations at Digital Extremes. This role is based in London, Ontario and requires travel to local post-secondary schools.

The work

Screen applications and source top talent for studio requisitions
Drive interview scheduling and candidate communications
Oversee onboarding and student experience initiatives
Manage relationships with university co-op offices and represent the studio at career fairs
