You will enhance the performance of customer-facing teams by coaching and reviewing sales calls. This remote role focuses on improving late-stage conversion rates and supporting sales representatives directly.

Remote, open to candidates across the United States and Canada
3–6 years of enterprise AE experience preferred

The work

Run weekly call reviews and score them against a framework
Join calls to diagnose stalls and coach AEs on next steps
Own the continuous learning calendar with biweekly sessions
Build and maintain the sales mechanics playbook
