You will manage relationships with major donors to support Chicago Public Media's mission. This role focuses on fundraising and donor engagement in a hybrid work environment in Chicago.

5+ years of nonprofit development experience, 2 years in frontline fundraising

The work

Manage a portfolio of 125 – 150 major donors for cultivation and solicitation
Identify and execute personalized cultivation plans for major donors
Track plans and outreach in the Development database
Participate in donor cultivation and engagement opportunities
