Join Cresco Labs as a Cultivation Agent in Winchester, KY, where you'll care for medical cannabis plants. Your role will involve maintaining plant health and ensuring a clean cultivation environment.

$18 USD per hour
2 years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field
Must be 21 years of age or older

The work

Perform day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the cultivation facility
Assist with tracking plants from birth to harvest
Ensure accurate documentation of plant tracking and lot numbers
