Job description

You will lead financial planning and analysis efforts at CPI Security in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on financial modeling and reporting.

7–10+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Advanced Excel skills required; SQL preferred

The work

Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
Build and maintain driver-based financial models and executive reporting
Own monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
Analyze revenue, margins, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities
