Job description

You will manage international tax compliance and strategy for Cognite's global operations. This role is based in Oslo, Norway, and requires significant experience in corporate tax.

Oslo, Norway, work from office
6–9 years of corporate tax experience, with at least 3+ years in international tax
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation, CPA, or JD preferred
Skills in corporate tax software and global ERP platforms

The work

Oversee preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns for international subsidiaries
Manage US tax compliance related to foreign operations
Maintain and enforce global transfer pricing documentation
Provide strategic tax advice on cross-border transactions
