You will provide IT support to employees at AlertMedia's Austin office. Your role involves troubleshooting technology issues and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software.

Details

Austin, TX, in-office position, Monday through Friday
1 to 3 years of experience in a technology support role
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS required
Experience with Azure a plus

The work

Provide first level support for end users' technology issues
Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and Slack messages regarding problems
Guide users through problem-solving processes
Install and configure laptops and peripheral equipment
