Austin, TX, in-office role
2-5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, preferably SaaS

The work

Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies
Consult with key leaders on organizational design and performance management
Implement career architecture and leveling frameworks
Analyze business metrics to recommend improvements
