You will lead the executive recruiting team in EMEA, focusing on Partner and Managing Director candidates. This role involves building relationships, mentoring the team, and managing the recruitment process.

Details

Dusseldorf or Munich, work from office
Experience leading an executive search team in EMEA
Strong understanding of consulting and candidate pool landscape
Fluency in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus

The work

Oversee and improve the candidate experience from introduction to onboarding
Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team
Own key searches end-to-end, including candidate outreach and evaluations
Facilitate the development of detailed business cases for final-stage candidates
