Job description

You will be the first Forward Deployed Engineer, defining the role and playbook while working directly with the CTO. Your work will focus on modernizing government software implementations and ensuring successful customer onboarding.

Remote work in Canada
CAD 115k–155k salary
5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a customer-facing deployment role
Skills required: Python, TypeScript, SQL, Go

The work

Collaborate with Implementation Consultant to triage requirements and prioritize scalability
Define new functionalities with the SaaS platform development team for go-live
Own the technical side of new customer onboarding, including data extraction and mapping
Translate jurisdiction operations into product configurations while engaging with city staff
