Job description

Join a leading crypto company in Malta as a compliance professional overseeing Anti-Financial Crime operations. You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards while managing compliance risks in a dynamic environment.

Details

Malta, in-office four days a week
Full-time salary based on experience and equity
Minimum 10 years of relevant AML experience
Minimum 3 years in a compliance role, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency

The work

Oversee the MiCA licence and engage with regulatory authorities
Develop and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures
Submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs)
Ensure compliance with European laws and regulations, including MiCA and PSD2
