CAD $70,000 - $110,000 excluding annual bonus and equity
Minimum 2 years of M&A experience
Degree in Business or Finance

The work

Collaborate with M&A and executive teams to source and evaluate acquisitions
Lead conversations with owners, advisors, and bankers
Prepare and analyze financial and operational models
Drive the entire M&A process, including diligence and integration strategy
