Job description

You will design and build a centralized data and AI platform for Banyan Software. This role combines hands-on architecture with team leadership as you develop a data lake and AI experimentation layer.

Details

Toronto, Ontario, Hybrid: typically 3 days per week in the office
CAD $180,000 to $210,000 plus performance bonus and benefits
10+ years of experience
Skills: Python, SQL, AWS, Terraform

The work

Define and own the target-state data and AI architecture for Banyan
Design and build the AWS-centric data lake for analytics and AI experimentation
Establish data contracts, schema standards, and a domain model
Build and lead a small platform team over time
