Job description

You will provide strategic HR support to business leaders at Banyan Software. This role involves guiding HR initiatives and ensuring compliance across multiple entities in North America.

Details

Location: Remote, United States or Canada
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 USD
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7 years in a strategic HRBP role
Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred

The work

Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with organizational goals
Support M&A activity, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives across various functions
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, including employee relations and organizational effectiveness
