The work

Manage and mentor a team of 8-12 RTL and DV engineers
Drive development of high-speed interconnect IP from specifications to tape-out
Oversee development of verification test plans and emulation platforms
Collaborate with architecture and design teams to meet power, performance, and timing requirements
