- 18+ years of experience in ASIC physical design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Skills required: Python, Tcl, EDA tools (Cadence Innovus, Synopsys Fusion Compiler, etc.)
The work
- Build and mentor a high-performing Physical Design team
- Own end-to-end physical implementation of complex SoCs/ASICs
- Drive timing closure and power integrity analysis
- Establish and improve PD flows and methodologies
