18+ years of experience in ASIC physical design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Skills required: Python, Tcl, EDA tools (Cadence Innovus, Synopsys Fusion Compiler, etc.)

The work

Build and mentor a high-performing Physical Design team
Own end-to-end physical implementation of complex SoCs/ASICs
Drive timing closure and power integrity analysis
Establish and improve PD flows and methodologies
