Full-Time
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience with ATS management, preferably Workday or Greenhouse

The work

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide hiring decisions
Attract and engage candidates through various sourcing channels
Manage requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide recruiting updates and facilitate post-interview debriefs with hiring teams
