$80,000 minimum base salary, determined by postdoctoral experience
Doctorate (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant life sciences or engineering field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The work

Design, execute, and analyze experiments within the lab’s scientific focus
Publish first-author papers in high-impact journals and present at conferences
Mentor and train research associates, technicians, and students
Contribute to lab operations including protocol development and maintaining shared infrastructure
