$100,000 to $115,000 annual salary plus $20,000 to $30,000 commission
3-5+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar role
Experience with APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures

The work

Lead multi-stakeholder discovery to uncover workflows and success criteria
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for best practices in feedback management and analytics
Architect end-to-end Alchemer solutions including configuration and integrations
Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts tied to customer outcomes
