You will lead a team of Clinical Specialists in North America to support clinical trial sites for a new heart valve technology. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on clinical support.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field
Ability to travel up to 70%

The work

Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team
Oversee field clinical support across North American trial sites
Manage field and site escalations, ensuring timely communication and resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on site activation and investigator training
